
Student Athlete Wellness Summit
The first annual Student Athlete Wellness Summit features a keynote address followed by rotating 30-minute breakout sessions led by 11 expert speakers, with SJPS coaches participating in a dedicated session. Focused on athletic performance, mental health, nutrition, and leadership, the summit provides practical, empowering tools to help student-athletes thrive in high school and beyond.
The goal is to enhance the athletic experience through an environment where student-athletes feel supported in every dimension of their development, and coaches feel confident in their ability to communication effectively with student athletes.
